The whole team at Kaiser is very customer focused. They are friendly and provide multiple updates throughout the process. Their support prior to finalizing the claim through having my car returned clarified any questions that I had. Finally, the workmanship of the repair and detailing of my car were fantastic. I highly recommend Kaiser for any car repair work.

I’ve dealt with Kaiser for years and have always been extremely happy with their quality of work and their super employees. My one experience with Cole’s was that all they cared about was money and their estimate of the scope of work was almost twice that of Kaiser. I’ll never use anyone else.
