Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

Kaizen was welcoming and respectful of my situation from the moment I called them. They treated me extremely well even though it was a relatively minor repair. They kept me updated. They accommodated my schedule, even offering to stay past closing to allow me to pick up my car after an unplanned flight caused a schedule conflict. That type of customer commitment and customer service is hard to find these days. The work was excellent. I’d recommend them to anyone needing auto body work. While I hope I never need their services again, they’ll be the first call I make if I do. I’m definitely thankful for them this holiday season.

Kaizen took excellent care of my car. It came out good as new. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and made the experience very simple. They also kept me in the loop daily with the status of repairs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs auto bodywork.
