Kaizen Collision Center was founded on a core principle and that was to serve the customer. Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

I received first class service and customer care from Kaizen Anaheim. Jonathan Vejar explained the process and kept me updated on the repairs progress throughout the process. Repairs and electronics calibration were done right the first time. I particularly liked my vehicle being returned washed and the tires dressed. That impressed me.

Could not be happier! Juan and Marco, amongst others on the team, provided 10 Star service. My car looks amazing. It is 12 years old, and the sheen looks like it is less than a few years old. Tiny details, like replacing a couple of missing letters on the logo, have made big impacts. The door-to-door service was exactly what I needed in getting all of this handled. Appreciate the quality delivered by Kaizen.

Everything went as planned, getting in an accident is new to me. Johnathan answered all my questions and got me scheduled to come in and have my car repaired. Once I got there, Marco was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions as well. The service of giving me a ride home and back to pick up my car was very appreciated. Thanks to the whole team over there, but especially Johnathan who took good care of me and chatting with Marco really put me at ease. T

Solo quiero empezar siciendo que estaba esperando este enlace para dejar mi comentario. Magnifico servicio, cuando llegue Kaizen a dejar mi carro llegue muy triste por lo que me habia pasado con mi carro hasta llegue pensando que cuando me entragaran mi carro lo iva a regresar al Carmax desde que entre a la officina senti solo buena vibra todo el personal muy amable y atentos todo perfecto citas, llamas, mensajes y hasta pude dejar el rental ahi ellos se esncargaron de todo cuando me entregaron carro todo muy bien el vidrio las llaves bueno todo estuvo muy bien la communicacion a la perfeccion Johnatan muy profesional y todo el personal muy amable definitivamente recomendados por mi al cien por ciento.
