Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

Monte's did a great job, were extremely professional all with a smile. They went the extra mile and drove me to pick up my rental car and again when I dropped it off. Hope I don't need them but would go back without a doubt and refer anyone!

Best experience and work. EVER! I was referred to Monte's Auto Body from Sam at Rio Vista Chevy. He told me that Monte's was top notch! And that I would receive quality, top notch work. I'm glad I took his suggestion. They went above and beyond. I could not be any happier. Raz ensured me they would take very good care of my car. They are partnered with various insurance companies, therefore, they had all the paperwork ready the second I arrived. They also provided me with info on how to arrange for a rental car to meet me at the shop. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. They had my car ready as promised. They even washed and did a mini detal on my car. It looks better than when I dropped it off. The entire team was extremely pleasant and efficient. I live 45 min away and will only come here moving forward. Thank you Monte's Auto Body! 5 Stars! 😊
