Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and did a great job keeping me updated throughout the repair process. They checked in every few days, which I really appreciated, and the quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations, my vehicle looks fantastic. The only suggestion I have is regarding communication around the estimated completion date. On my expected pickup day, I hadn’t received any updates, so I called that morning. Since I hadn’t heard otherwise, I had already made arrangements with my insurance and rental car company based on the estimated completion date. I was surprised to learn my vehicle wasn’t quite ready yet. Thankfully, the team worked hard to finish everything that day, and I truly appreciated their effort. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would absolutely recommend your team.

I was absolutely satisfied in the repair and paint job of my vehicle and absolutely satisfied with fast and efficient service and very kind and helpful staff , Nicole and Mason are top notch great employees, the only dissatisfaction I have is there was a scratch on the rear driver side of my car where the repair was performed, I assumed it was from the technician who did the repair to my vehicle. That was a bummer to see and have on my car now. Other than that , I appreciated that help and service I got.

Other than buying the steering wheel cover I think I need now I think I still have a big problem from my collision with something in the front end of my car on the right side because it didn’t make that noise before I got hit from behind and I still need assistance with how to get it fixed. I’m concerned.

The bumper is beautiful, my steering wheel is so sticky that I can’t get it cleaned up after several attempts of wiping it down. It’s better but my hands literally were stuck on the steering wheel driving home from the kaizen. I still hear the noise in the front end and was wondering if because I had my brakes on at the stoplight light when I was hit from behind.

The engine is very laud… strong … hard… also, there is “drip” marks on the panel that was replaced and it also looks “off”
