Liz was great! The info sharing was wonderful. I was kept informed every step of the way. I like the text message format. It was informative and timely. The tech I met today was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He was also helpful in getting information and an extra piece. Please keep up the good customer service and the great quality work. It is important to our community and the needs of customers. I feel that the work was done in a timely fashion and up to quality standards. The bill was itemized appropriately and completely. I am not sure if i will recommend this place after seeing the quality of paint match and repair.

I am somewhat disappointed with the repair. Bumper repaint is difficult to match but I did not know if this much of shade mismatch is acceptable by industry standard. Unfortunately, Bumper is few shades lighter and it is bit obvious its repainted

Our assigned professional was communicative and professional. Kept me updated with information regarding the repair. However when my wife arrived at physical location, she was not treated like me, often times receptionist were not there or purposely ignoring (!) walk in customers. Bit disappointing to be treated like that.
