They did a fantastic job while keeping the price low since I was paying out of pocket. I live 1.5 hrs away, and they were very accommodating to my schedule. So happy I went with Flagstaff Kaizen. My truck looks absolutely perfect. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The work got done, not great but not bad. Trash was left in the bed of my pickup. Didn't reinstall the corner flashing piece or the mudfalp on the side where the work was done. The tailgate repair looks better than it was but nowhere near what I would expect for the price.

The "credit card fee" signage is not very obvious nor do they verbally inform you when they call for pick up. Would have been nice to know my total and about the card fee so I could bring cash. But otherwise they were great about getting me scheduled for a spot the next week rather than a month out.
