Very efficient and quick with the repairs. I did have an issue with a missing piece but the shop was very quick with locating and reinstalling missing piece. They were also very friendly.

When I received the car back, it smelled very strongly of paint/glue so I had to air out the car for several days before the smell went away. Also, the plastic trim is now loose so I'd like that to get checked. However, I appreciated the regular updates and how they also fixed a stuck door in the repair process

Throughout the repair process, we were kept informed of the progress-much appreciated in a time when most places seem annoyed if you even ask!! The vehicle looks like new and everything seems to function perfectly. If I’m wrong and something isn’t exactly right, we’ve been assured that we can return to have it fixed at any time. Everyone there was so helpful and willing to answer questions, the repairs are professional and there were zero financial surprises. Kaizen East is fantastic!
