Literally the best experience I've ever had with a body shop. Invariably courteous, professional, and thorough in the course of delivering a high quality repair. I especially appreciated the frequent text updates on the ongoing status of the work being done.

The weather stripping isn't put back on correctly and when driving on the highway was nothing but a wind tunnel. My rear door, still has a dent in it. And the back tire fender (could be quoting the wrong part) on the front end never was replaced as part of fixing the full issue as asked. My wiring on the door is showing and not flush as it was before. I wasn't pleased that the mess from the work done was left for me to clean up inside my vehicle. Not to happy about what was sprayed or used that got onto my passenger seat that looks like an oil spray of some sort. I've used this location 2 other times. Loved you guys. This time. I feel dragged through the mud and it's not done correctly. I had to keep calling for follow ups on the timing of it being completed. Appreciate the car wash. Staff were friendly. But dang... I feel very cheated this time and my vehicle not fix properly. Little heart broken on this on. Don't know what else to call it.

The right break light isn’t working (it was working when we took it in). The license plate light housing you guys “fixed” is cracked and not fitting properly.
