Thank you for the excellent communication and timely updates from Roque. The exterior was so clean, shiny and sparkly when it picked it up. Was so happy to see it looking brand new. I didn’t expect the interior to look so terrific as well. The interior was very dirty when my car got towed in and very clean I picked up. Very much appreciate the extra mile! Special thank you to Roque for being available so I could get my car after hours. So incredibly helpful! Wonderful job by Kaizen Flagstaff West.

The whole experience of having my vehicle repaired was top notch. First off, one of the guys dropped me off at the rental car lot. There was good communication and updates with Roque throughout the week, and my vehicle was ready at the approximate time given. Thanks for repairing my vehicle!!!
