They were great and updated me appropriately about when my car would be done. The work looks original. Also, I’m pretty sure they detailed the inside of my vehicle….amazing. It was unexpected and absolutely delightful to drive.

When I picked up my car yesterday I was little tired and out of it, so I wanna take this opportunity to thank everyone for doing such a fantastic job. The sunken feeling in my chest from damaging my car (and killing that raccoon, RIP) was gut wrenching but thanks to everybody at Kaizen and their hard work I finally got her back and she looks and drives like new. This car means a lot to me and everybody took awesome car of it and communicated with me every step of the way. Thank you Kaizen!

The staff is exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable about what they do. They were hard to find me parts that were both safe and more budget friendly. I loved that they talked about what was happening with my car each step of the way. I would definitely recommend Kaizen
