Cecilia and Greg were amazing! Although one of the replacement parts did not come as quickly as originally thought, both Cecilia and Greg were very communicative and treated both me and my car extremely well! Even though the problem was out of their control, they handled it so professionally and kindly. I will not hesitate to bring my car to Kaizen West in the future!! They were very good at communicating with me. The insurance company that was paying for the repairs was very slow at approving the repairs but they kept me informed every step. And they even washed my car before I picked it up.

We needed 2 Audi body repairs at Kaizen and each time exceeded our expectations, with th recent one completed one week ahead of schedule. Kaizen coordinates with insurance and car rental. We were taken to the rental company right away and left the rental car at Kaizen to be returned by them.

Exceeded expectations; second time they repaired our Audi Q5 to a superior quality and one week ahead of schedule. Smooth coordination with insurance and rental car company, so when we brought our car in, we were taken right away to get the rental; then when we picked up our car, they returned the rental car.
