My overall experience was superb! Kudos to everyone involved, including Doug and Cecilia who were wonderful. My truck 🛻 looks even better than before, so nicely repaired. It looks amazing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the hard work and dedication of the entire team that completed the repairs. Overall, going above and beyond when my insurance company, Allstate, didn’t. A special thank you to the General Manager, Greg, for being so helpful and supportive. He made it the best experience possible. The moment Greg stepped in and spoke with me, I knew he genuinely cared. His reassurance of a positive outcome was what I needed to hear. He kept true to his words. Thank you Kaizen Collision team at the Flagstaff West location. This is the best place I could’ve taken my vehicle for repairs. The staff were very helpful from beginning to end, Doug and Cecilia were great. I am truly amazed at how good my truck looks after the repairs, it’s even better than before. I was in awe when I saw my truck again. Kudos to the team for a job well done! The office is unreachable by phone. The system doesn't offer the option to leave a message, and no matter what buttons you press, it just says that no one is answering--before a normal person would have been able to answer.
