Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

I know it is hard to estimate finishing time, but when I was told March 13, I planned for that. When they finished early it may caused a problem with my length of rental.

I much appreciated the free shuttle service. It took me a second and then I noticed yall washed my car and even detailed it! You did not have to do any of that but it made the experience that much better!

Highly professional. Listened carefully. Communicated completely and competently. Matched paint of damaged trunk lid of vintage Mercedes with existing body perfectly. Also made minor repairs and adjustment of bumper and braces to high standard. Work done on time stated. Handling paperwork easy. Very satisfied with result and will gladly recommend to others

As noted earlier, overall we are very pleased with the service and bumper work done on our Lexus.

Overall, the car looks really good and the bumper looks amazing. Haley was very efficient to work with and her communication was professional and timely. The only reason we are not totally satisfied is that the duct tape residue still remains. It just seems that there would be something that an autobody shop could do to find a solution to remove it.
