Kaizen Collision Center was founded on a core principle and that was to serve the customer. Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

Overall, the work done at kaizen was very well. I thought you guys did good work on my car. From the time you guys had my car, the work was done in a timely manner. I would however suggest more status updates on the car even though a portion of that was not your guys fault.

Ryan and Jayla (sp) were as professional and organized as I have run into with any business. Looks great. On time. No surprises. Excellent communication. Great job to them and for the way Kaizen handled our car !!!

The side mirrors were repaired or replaced and a phenomenal job is done with those. The front bumper turned out to also be damaged and Kaizen was able to find that and repair it. They were a couple of minor scratches on the side of the vehicle that were supposed to be buffed out and it appears they forgot to do that. I'm sure they would have done that if asked, but it was more important to pick up the vehicle at that time.
