The paint has a hair and not smooth near the corner of hood. I saw a balde cut and not smooth on the black rubber of my closing hood. There was no update of the repair status of my vehicle till I called and asked for multiple times. Conversation and customer service is really good from receptionist and Christopher. My vehicle look good so far till I could realize something on future.

They were quick, they communicated well, and the car looks like it had gotten a wash before I picked it up. There is one small area that is still a little sharp and not fully covered in paint, but I am getting rid of the car soon so I really don't care. :)

The staff is absolutely phenomenal! They were so fast and my insurance didn’t cause issues bc they partner with progressive. A super great experience and they even detailed my car! Gave it back way better than the way we dropped it off! Would definitely recommend them!!

Respectfully, I hope I don’t have to deal with them again BUT if an unfortunate circumstance were to happen again I’d only go to Kaizen. Excellent customer service and they even detailed my car upon pickup! The process was seamless and FAST! They worked with my insurance and we had no hiccups! Best experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop!! Thanks again! Lifetime guarantee is pretty sweet too!!

From start to finish, Stephany & Chris explained their process in working with my insurance company to repair my vehicle. My vehicle was not as important to me as the way I was treated. Stephany & Chris were particularly patient with me in trying to schedule my repair appointment around my other commitments. Once they started the repair they continued to keep me informed on a daily basis, relieving me of any anxiety I had about the work being done. In three days the technicians completed the repairs & I had my car back. To the staff at Kaizen thank you for a job well done.
