Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

Repair completed on time…loved that staff offered ride to/from car rental location…also that staff coordinates with rental location to allow rental drop off at car shop. Also loved that I received updates via text message.

I love the work done on the body repairs, but I was disappointed that the dash of my car was covered in dust and when I turned on the fan a bunch of dust came out directly in my face. Just a suggestion to not leave windows open on the cars or at least check to see if things need to be wiped down. The customer service was great.

I'm very pleased with the professionalism of Alex & Martha at the Lompoc CA office. Alex was very clear on the explanation of detailed steps in order to repair My damaged driver's door & window. The completed work of matched door color is clean & satisfactory. The extra perks were having my vehicle repair finished a day earlier & that it had been cleaned inside & out.
