Some may say serving the customer with an automotive need is simple, repair the problem and you have done your job. Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

I am completely satisfied with the repairs on my Mazda. The car looks brand new and you can't even tell there was any damage! A huge thank you to Alejandro for his professionalism and for being so helpful throughout the entire process. I also really appreciated Nick for coordinating with my insurance so smoothly. It was an excellent experience. My first time in my 22 years of car ownership having to get a repair like this done and you made it smooth and fast. Customer Service was spot on, explanation of services were clear and easy to understand, the job got done faster than quoted, and best of all, the repairs were effing amazing! Transportation to and from the shot was also provided which made dropping and picking up my car super easy, barley an inconvenience to me. Job very well done to the whole team. Thank you so much.
