Here at Kaizen Collision Center serving our customers goes so much further than the part where we actually repair your vehicle. Providing shuttle services, daily updates, personalized care, and superior customer service is some of the way we separate from other shops. We have a unique process that really gets down to the nuts and bolts of the repair process not just what you can see on the surface. It has always and will always be my goal to be the solution for our customer’s needs. With each customer, we always try to find a way to make the repair memorable in a great way by doing that “little bit extra” that did not need to be done.

Kaizen was by far the best auto repair i have even encountered. Their professionalism was top notch, and they kept me notified of my repairs every step of the way. Even when the estimated date was extended, I received a call in a full. Even in the future, I ever need any additional auto repair. I will be going to them.

My experience was great, the technician was very communicative and professional. They even washed my car upon pick up. They did a great job fixing my car, looked good as new. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the rear taillight didn’t seem to be new it was a replacement from another vehicle and it had scratches on it. But other then that it looks great. I would definitely bring my car back (hopefully won’t have to.) Thanks.

Kaizen did an excellent job. When I got my car back I was pleased. They sent me updates during the whole process and it only took about a week to complete. I would highly recommend Kaizen if your needing auto repair.

Very nice personnel. Gave me information quickly when I was just shopping around. They communicate constantly with me throughout the repairs. They work very well and closely with my insurance, State Farm. They did a good job and handed me my car not just fixed but clean.
