We took our family car to Kaizen for a bit of body damage and were very satisfied with how they took care of us. From the quote and the details behind what it would take to get done to the finished work coming out very nice. There is a very chemical product smell in the car that still has not gone away after a week. I have a toddler I drive in the car and it’s dangerous for them to be inhaling it. Would have been nice if they asked us about it if they can use it before using it. We do have a baby on board sticker on the car they would have easily noticed. Otherwise they did great work.

Alejandra was terrific and very knowledgeable and accomadating and really sped the process . Marcelo the Owner was very professional and knowledge able .
