Communication could be improved. I received update texts saying everything was on schedule. I called day the car should have been done that they were significantly behind schedule. I was without a car for 3 days thinking the repair would be done and it was not. They did then cover rental car payment going forward from that day which was helpful.

Work looks beautiful, but there was a strange intermittent rattling that occured around the repair area for the first couple days that seems to go away after a bit. I did not hear it at all yesterday, so it may have just been something left in the engine bay? I will reach back out if the noise comes back and will try and get a video of it if possible.
