I want to start off by saying they took care of my car very well, and in a timely manner! The guy wasn’t super conversational or bubbly but he was very professional and quick, which is appreciated. The reason I still rank the score as relatively low is because when I dropped off my rental I received additional charges due to miscommunication on their end which back fired on me. Perhaps this isn’t a reflection of the company, maybe it is.

This has been one of the best experiences I have had when bringing a car for repairs. Everything went smoothly, the staff knew exactly what to do.
