I know I shouldn't have to get a balance on my tire when u are being paid to fix my car also a stretch on my brand new fender that was fixed and my son's $30 sticker was taken half way off without saying anything to us my husbandxwentcup there on the monday after we picked it up and talked to James and he was going to make sure this was all fixed and he would have him bring it back in on a monday which was suppose to be the April 6th he would call him haven't heard nothing on to this day so very unhappy and wont go back would like to have these matters taken care of asap I'm sure you were already paid by my insurance
