Karcraft never contact me at all while my vehicle was in the shop. I had to call on three separate occasions to get the runaround about what was happening with my vehicle. They also scratch a side of my vehicle on the drivers side that was not even repair before pick up i’m completely dissatisfied with the services that were provided. Do your research!!! Save your self the headache.
