Excellent experience from start to finish. Spoke with James on the phone to setup appointment for an estimate. He was personable and made me feel at ease. He called me when the parts came and we set up a drop off time. I loved the emails that kept me updated on how things were going and they turned the car one day sooner than I expected. The quality of the work definitely meets my high standards and everyone that has seen the finished work has commented on what a great job was done. While I expect that the techs clean up after themselves and not leave the inside of my vehicle messy, I did not expect to have my car detailed inside and washed before returning to me!! No one wants to have to bring their vehicle to a collision shop but if you must then this is definitely the place to come. I will tell everyone about the great job that was done to return my bashed up vehicle to looking new again and would recommend Kar Kraft Collision to anyone that needs work done. Fair honest pricing and I’m in the parts business so I know they didn’t try to rip me off. Excellent workmanship and great customer service. You couldn’t ask for more than that!

I was totally satisfied. Service was fast, friendly, and easy. Once I sent over the claim number, the rest of the process was essentially all done for me. And, the car looks as good as new.

Was told at the time of the estimate that bringing the vehicle in by opening time Monday would result in repair prior to the end of the week - it didn’t. Received a call it was ready for pick up around 2:00 pm Friday, and was told the shop closed at 5:00 pm Friday instead of the website time of 6:00 pm forcing me to leave a job early.
