Karbers is a very professional body shop that I have, and my family has used over the years. They are very exact in what they say they are going to do and they are exact in the time that they tell you your car will be ready. This body shop is a few blocks from my house and great for the community

The body repair was good. the bottom section of the interior padding fell off. It was fixed. But some lights on dashboard did not work due to unknown reasons, probably electrical malfunction due to driving in heavy rain with broken light assembly. A "diagnostic" was recommended. A nearby Toyota dealer performed the dashboard diagnostic and resolved the problem.
