Paint quality is not the best. Made excuses wanting to show me my damage trunk and bumper to show the same quality of work. When there is a new paint job done to panels that are going to be replace you just pray for as little imperfection as possible. And in this case I might be nit-picking but they were very visible. I have concerns about my rear suspension but I guess I can’t prove that, so that is my lost.

Did not do a good job of inspecting car damages and giving an accurate quote to start repair. They wanted the job and cost of repair more then wanting to help out the owner of the vehicle. Paint quality was sub-par. There was orange peel and fish-eye happening on parts of the paint job, they tried buffing it out but they probably took off most of the clear coat they used in the first place. I had a nail in my rear tire near the damage section that they said they didn’t notice and didn’t help repair even tho they had my car for three plus months. The rear of my car is making squeaky noises on bumps that was not there before the accident. They said it was my rear tire rubbing the wheel-whale. They damage my tint but said that it could have been done before their position of the car. All of this leads to a conclusion that the shop just wants to push out number and do not care about quality. They do not inspect the car before hand and have no accountability to damages.
