It took the shop 1 entire year to finally repair my car. I believe they are part of the catalytic converter theft chain. I had to file a claim with the CA Department of Insurance to finally get a response from the repair shop and AAA. AAA also refused to support us, claiming that: "AAA already did their part by paying the mechanic". I originally chose to work with that shop because AAA recommended it. I assumed that it was a safe bet. That was not the case. In addition to waiting 12 month for repair, I had to pay an additional $250 co-pay while I was still paying for the the entire year of insurance on a car that was unable to move. This is extremely unprofessional. I plan on canceling my membership with AAA. I believe both AAA and the Body shop are at fault for this extreme lack of service and attempt at fraud.

Due to my insurance, it took long for my car to ready then plan,by ordering my part for the way off in Texas, when they could had got the part less the 6 miles away. Other then that Karter was great, Love the work that was done on my car and the customer service was great also.
