Even though it was under unfortunate circumstances that I was to utilize the services of Karl Klement Ford Body Shop, (minor fender bender), I must say that all the personnel working in that shop have been the most pleasant, efficient, thorough, warm and professional people I've had dealings with; from the receptionist/office manager, estimator, manager's and other workers, from what I can gather it is a family owned/operated department that harkens back to the customer service standard's of decades ago. Dates of completion and work done exceeded promised time frames and quality expectations. I can without reservation recommend this company; only wish that other business entities large and small could emulate the quality and service of this corporation. P.S. Thank you Karl Klenent Body Shop for NOT UTILIZiNG A PHONE TREE SYSTEM!!!
