Karl Klement Collision Repair did an amazing job on my vehicle. I dropped it off on a Monday morning, they promised it the following Tuesday at 5 PM, but called on Monday morning to say it was ready to pick up. They kept me informed through an internet link which was updated every time something changed. Matt did a great job on the repair side, and Carolyn helped save the day when Enterprise dropped the ball on my rental car by providing a rental from Karl Klement. Car looks like new! Thank you!

I think the Karl Klement Collision Repair Center did a fantastic job. We dropped the car off on Monday morning, got a call the next Monday morning that it was done. When Enterprise dropped the ball on my car rental, Carolyn at Karl Klement arranged for a rental car on site. The process was pretty strightforward and simple, and Matt took care of the repair side of things. When it was done, it looked brand new. Great job!
