The repair process was extremely easy with your team. You worked seamlessly with the insurance company to have everything in place and ready to go when it needed to be done. Everyone I worked with was great, but Andrew was above and beyond in being accommodating and explaining the process and timeframes I could expect. The text notifications and online tool really helped for tracking the progress of my repair as well. I loved that. Well done from start to finish!

My car took much longer than expected - almost 2 weeks. And I was told it would be ready Wed and it wasn't ready until late Fri. I was out of town for the weekend and needed it Monday for work but had to take a Lyft Monday afternoon to come get it which caused big inconviences for several members. I would have appreciated an offer to drop my car off at my house or some other gesture to acknowledge the wait. Thanks.
