Outstanding customer service, specifically Brian Morris. Brian has been professional, genuinely concerned about fixing my truck to my standards and has regularly corresponded with me to keep me up to date and involved with the process. The repair work was top rate and all of the work with the insurance company was handled with minimal involvement on my part. My car was completely dusty, all the windows you couldn’t see out of and my battery was dead when i had zero issues with it before. It said it was going to be finished on 10/29. Didn’t hear from them that day so i called and they said it would be finished 3 days later and still didn’t hear from them and it wasn’t til a week later that it was finished. I also wish they would of told me i could of returned my rental car there. The damage that they had repaired does look good though.
