The service we received was outstanding. We were updated often as to the status of the repair and the service was completed in a very surprising short amount of time. Andrew Arbor who helped us was absolutely wonderful to work with. When we left our vehicle for the repair we didn't have any questions because Andrew was so through explaining the entire process. Thank you Karl Malone Toyota and Andrew Arbon for making this experience a good one when being without a vehicle can be daunting. Great job guys!!!! :)

I had an amazing experience w Karl Malone Toyota Body Shop. They were nothing but nice and helpful and kept me in the loop with the texting the entire time. I would take my vehicle back there any time. I own a Toyota and would considering buying from this dealership in the future based on my great experience with the body shop! Excellent experience.
