Well I had a conversation with two of the guys that claim my vehicle was ready they were consistently making excuses while my tailgate wouldn't close I recorded the whole entire conversation. It's a one-party state so that is legal in the state of Texas and after reviewing the recording and sharing it with friends everybody told me that what they did was completely dishonest. They should have admitted immediately that the framework was not complete and they should have just been quiet and listen to what the customer said and ask questions instead they just kept on trying to tell me why they were right and why I was wrong. I deal with customers all day long and I understand how hard it is to deal with customer service but it's always good just to listen and ask questions and let the person feel like they're being heard but besides that fact besides that principle if they would have just listened to me they wouldn't understand the exact way the truck hit me in order to cause the damage that I'm claiming anyways besides that there was a guy that kept on giving me excuses so I said I don't want to speak with you no more you're trying to feed me a bunch of BS but I didn't say BS I said bull s h i.. so another guy gets in my face and says I'm disrespecting him and it's 2 in from my face he's pointing his finger saying take my truck somewhere else and I'm like okay buddy I got this all recorded I never cussed that anybody I never disrespected anybody I said I don't want to talk to him because he's trying to feed me a bunch of BS That's no cause to get in somebody's face 2 in from somebody's face That's aggravated assault if you ask me this company anybody that goes here and is looking for service they need to record everything that is being said because if I didn't know no better I would have just drove off with my vehicle and said these guys are the experts they must know what they're talking about please anybody going here record everything that they are saying it is a one-party state it is completely legal look it up on chat GPT

Completely dishonest people. Please record everything that is being said that way you have confirmation when later on down the road you find out the integrity of your vehicle has been compromised. They also return my vehicle with two strip screws. The only thing they ever did for me was give me good excuses on why their job wasn't done correctly

After pointing out why I believe the vehicle was not done correctly they got upset and put their hand in my face within 2 in which in the state of Texas is a criminal offense it's called simple assault when someone feels threatened. I recorded everything and in that recording you can hear me saying please get your hands out of my face your hands are within 2 in of my base what are you going to do are you going to hit me That's where I failed threatened

I took my Acura after being in a fender bender. Everyone at Kayex was so helpful and communicated really well. I assumed I would be without a vehicle for a while, but they fixed everything within two weeks and it looks as good as new. I would highly recommend Kayex to anyone!
