Final product looks good, but I did not get the impression that a very thorough diagnostic was done. Also some of the work was incomplete

Communication was almost non existent. Estimator was dismissive to everything I asked or mentioned. Because of his handling I had to wait longer and the work was still not completed entirely, so I have to schedule another appointment and take time out of my day to go back. That is, if anyone ever calls me back so I can set that up.
