The quality of work was good, however after a while i was not regularly updated on the status of my car. It also looked like something heavy was placed on the passenger seat and left impressions in the seat. I think it will eventually come out, but has not yet.

I should be update in my opinion on what’s on instead having to call the manger to call the body shop to update me after leaving a message no response and I called manger after calling again and gettin voicemail. I have faith in Kelly’s but they needed to please keep me updated at least once a week.
