I was so happy at first. Jason and team worked hard for me and even fixed my crumbled license plate and put on a new Kelly frame. But the driving in Rt 128, on the way to puck up a friend to take to a doctors appointment, the under shield came down dragging the flew off. They will fix it but that’s another event for me to make happen.

I am not a person who usually complains, but the experience I had with Kelley Collision in Danvers, MA was so bad that I've decided to bring upon myself to write this detailed accounting of why I am dissatisfied with the service I've been provided, and in future events I will 100% chose another body shop. First, and in my opinion, the least aggravating element of this experience was that it took over one month to repair a mild damage that affected only the trunk and the rear of my vehicle. Second, I was charged $500 for my deductible, however, upon calling my insurance company (GEICO) I discovered that they sent the body shop the check for the deductible payment since it was an accident that I was not at fault, and therefore it was be waved. It would have been very important if the employees in charge of overseeing this matter would pay more appropriate attention to what is going, as this made the shop look very fishy. Luckily, my insurance company got in touch with them to let them know they should not have charged me the value mentioned above, and they reported that they refunded me. Third, since my vehicle was parked for over a month the battery completely depleted, when I attempted to start the vehicle it wouldn't start, which was something they fixed by giving it a jump start. I drove quickly to the closest gas station because, fourth, there was practically no gasoline left in my tank. My vehicle reported that I had only 3 miles left, and I don't recollect dropping my car off with such a little amount of gas. Which leads to the next issue. Fifth, my battery was completely damaged by the looks of it, because after I filled the tank and tried to start my vehicle, it did not start. I called a family member to come over and give me a jump start again, (at this point I am at the gas pump with my vehicle unable to leave). Finally I drove home and let it run for approximately 1 hour. Then I attempted test the ignition again, and surprise, it's not starting. I called my friend to give me another jump start so I can drive to the mechanic, who after inspecting, tells me that the battery needs to be replaced. Sixth, my car started reporting an issue with the TPMS system, which could be a low tire pressure, or something more related to the system itself. I am bringing my car back to my mechanic tomorrow, as I don't trust Kelley Collision to provide an honest service. TLDR; It took more than a month for a mild repair. I was charged for something I shouldn't have been. They lack of consideration completely destroyed my car's battery, and I was stuck in a gas station for an hour, and somehow the amount of gasoline left in tank was barely enough to drive to a gas station.

Happy with repair work itself and appreciate that collision center brought vehicle to Chrysler dealership for ADAS recalibration. But there were greasy handprints on door pulls, steering wheel, and A-pillar trim. Was easy enough to clean grease off leather but haven't touched fabric trim on pillar for fear of making worse. Also, louvers were dislodged from center HVAC outlet, though was able to snap back into place. I realize repair work can be messy but techs need to be cognizant of light interiors. Not sure if occurred at collision center, glass repair, or Chrysler.
