Yes the service from the Kelly Body Shop went above expectations but dissatisfied with the service department. As I was Turing in the truck to the body shop I shut off the vehicle my radio console would not shut off. Body shop informed service writer/manager and let me know the fix or way to Shute it off w/o disconnect the battery terminal. I have called the service department later in the day left messages on the service managers v/m and have not gotten any resolution. Expectation was a service writer call to make an appointment - or Service Manager return call to customer. Neither one happens.
