The collision team at Kelly Mitsubishi stayed in touch with me through the whole process of repairing my vehicle. The work done is beautiful and the repairs and scheduling were quicker than any other body shop I tried scheduling with in the Easton/Bethlehem/Phillipsburg area. Becky and her Team were Absolutely Wonderful! No One wants to need Body Work on their vehicle, but They went the Extra Mile and made it less stressful and As Good as It Gets. Honestly , everything was fine . Only thing was that I was sent a text message from you telling me the car was ready around 9am …… However , it wasn’t available until 3:30 pm . Just think you should send a text message until the car is completely actually ready .

My van still had some tape and rubbing compound 9n it and the new pinstripe was too long on 1 side. Also the mirror has a lump in the paint which needs to be addressed at yet another apt. The car also took 4 days longer then initially told because your paint booth was down which cost me an additional 165$ . So over all not to satisfies.
