The owner is by far the rudest business owner I've ever came in contact with thus far. His staff is great but he needs to learn how true customer service works in this day and age! I'm not even sure why State Farm still uses them as a preferred vendor to represent State Farm. Their quality of customer service is ruining their reputation. Good luck if you still wish to use this company.
