I took a month to be fixed. I was not aware that it would take that long. I'm not sure if I brought my car in if you guys didn't get to it right away if you hold onto it for a week or two before you even looked at it I don't know. I've just never had a place. I took that long to work on damage of a car. And apparently it wasn't even gotten much damage. People were extremely friendly, the time the car was gonna be ready kept on being pushed back and push pushed back and push pushed back. I was happy that finally I was given a rental car at no cost which I had for a day in the next day. My car was complete to pick up so that was good like I said, but all this really nice really good but delay on repairs was not.

More communication to the customer is needed, as the app isn’t kept up to date. Plus no estimate was provided other than what the insurance gave me off photos. Had I known my estimate would have been so much lower than the one given from the classic down the street ($3-5K) I could have paid out of pocket rather than going through my insurance company. Other than these issues, once you reach a person, folks are exceptionally nice and helpful.
