We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. The Kelly's Collision team has over a 130 years combined collision shop experience and has several OEM and ICAR certifications. Kelly's Collision works with all Insurance Companies and helps the customers through the process. We strive to meet and exceed customer expectations on a daily basis.

The driver’s side wheel well plastic wasn’t connected and flipped down into the tire on the way home. I was in a hurry and situated it using zip ties. Otherwise everything was great! Wonderful staff and love my new bumper! Thanks Kelly team (not a big deal on plastic) I’ll try to figure out the right way haha. So far zip ties is holding up!

Kelly's ALWAYS does an extraordinary job no matter how big or small the repair is! They also get everything done in a timely manner so it isn't to inconvenient while being down a vehicle, and saving the customer money by not having to get a rental. I highly recommend everyone use Kelly's for any vehicle repairs you may have in the future, they make the entire process quick and simple!!
