We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners. The Kelly's Collision team has over a 130 years combined collision shop experience and has several OEM and ICAR certifications. For me I won’t bad mouth but all I can do is explain I’m a 54 year old female and believe I was thrown in a puddle to sink or swim about my tires that was purchased for me by this place and was told $150 each tire to have the lug nuts cut off by the tire place I refused to pay that by the Toyota dealer telling me bluffton tire was scamming me over - the Toyota dealer informed me to have hubby do it using a universals lug nut kit and take the two tires to a tire dealer — all together I paid $20 for my new locking lug nut lock from Amazon and $77 to have my tires balanced and put on in Marion Indiana !! I learned a valuable lesson as a 54 year old woman always do fact finding when things are throw at me and never assume anyone is looking out for my best interest - Becky martin

My only issue is sending my car to have new tires to a tire business who couldn’t take my locking lug nuts off and they wanted to charge me $150 each tire extra to cut the locks off - on top of Kelly’s sending my car to a tire place that over charged me on tires and then Kelly’s made me feel guilty cause they were already paid for by the collision repair business and the person in charge at Kelly’s wouldn’t go to bat for me about the issue of the locking lug nuts and fees - so I’m really disgusted and disappointed- it’s a lesson learned and had the new tires out on by my husband and only cost was $77 dollars from a tire place in Marion Indiana . Lesson learned - one time hitter at the expense of not doing more investigation on my part of ethics and with my age and disabilities I won’t be going back - I’ll be a more fact finding on business ethics that ensures the outcome and protection for my best intrest - bluffton tire is not recommended and shame on Kelly’s for not standing up for me and helping me resolve this issue.
