I was very surprised when I was asked to pay 250 in cash on a roof replacement so the manager could pay the tech without taxes. Red flag! I called my insurance company and they explained to me that there was no supplement submitted for the roof damage on the new part. The insurance company explained to me that in situations like this they file a claim with the supplier or the people dropping it off if it was damaged in transport. My car was not completely repaired. There is damage that was missed or overlooked. If my truck came back fully repaired, I would’ve gladly paid the 250 cash. Y’all I might wanna look into this.
