Very poor communication from the time i dropped off my car to the day of repair. I did not receive a call about my car the entire time but had to call each day to get updates on when to pick up. On first call, the person on the line made the statement that it hadn’t been two days yet (the time estimate I received for my repair) and that is why they did not call me yet or give an update, even though I needed updates to make plans around work. On the day of pickup, I called at around 3 pm and asked if the car was ready and they said “oh yeah the car is ready and you can come get it” which only left 2 hour for that day to plan a time to get the car before the shopped closed (I was at work). It was difficult to have clear communication with your business and the lady on the phone was not very professional/polite (seemed irritated with my call).

I had to call to get updates. My car was kept for 7 days more than expected and had 2 things broken that i didn't break that was sent to my insurance for me to pay for. That's bad business.
