The new parts did not line up as clean as the original. Brought the car back because passenger door was extremely close to rubbing when opening the door. The passenger quarter panel was new and just didn’t sit as good as original. While adjusting the quarter panel look like the paint was chipped and just some white touch up paint was applied. The pearl white paint job was matched amazing and was popping in the sun light. Just disappointed in the little touch up paint. This is my daughter’s car first new car. We understand when a car is wrecked it will not be good as new but a little disappointed in the way new factory parts don’t line up as good as original.

When I brought the car back extremely nice and eager to assist. After taking car into the shop and agreeing that is to close and should be adjusted. When the car came back out I was told that is good as it can get and the new parts that are put on are attached to cheap flimsy mounts that just have a little slop and just not as good. I did not see the touch up paint my daughter noticed the touch up paint.

Have you ever walked into a business, that you felt like, I’m glad I came here. Well, that’s the way I felt with Robert’s Auto Body. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful right off the bat. They made sure I understood all facets to the process. All my questions were answered and when I left I knew they would do a great job. I picked up my car today and absolutely perfect. I definitely would recommend them to my friends and family.
