They were a wonderful help with dealing with the other ladies insurance they only thing that a had a slight problem with is the new bumper they put on. The bumper has bubbling/peeling tint. If it’s a new bumper that shouldn’t be on there. I had to replace front bumper already due to peeling tint on it

I expected my vehicle to be in the body shop until Christmas and to haveto argue with the insurance company to fix it. I had it back in about a week with no hassle or issues. I was very pleased with the timeliness and quality of the work.

They left over spray all over my windshield soo I'm sure its all over the car also I didn't bother calling them to have to drive all the way out there and leave it and then find a ride to get it back not very good prep work and ko pride in workmanship

Every time I called, I talked to Izzy on the phone. She did not have any updates on my car, and referred me back to someone back there. The person I spoke to seemed to know what was going on. When I went to pick up my car, there was Izzy. Did she have any information to share with me? No. Did my payment for the deductible have any detailed steps to repair the car? No. Now, Izzy said that the service manager will send me my bill with all the detail I want, but we'll see. I just felt that someone who was invested in my car for three weeks should have talked to me when I got there.
