I was extremely satisfied with Nick and the body shop. Excellent work and communication. I am very unsatisfied with the service manager portion. Lack of communication and did not perform service as expected.

I want to thank nick for being so nice, and quick to get my car in. He called less than an hour after I contacted my insurance company, for me to bring my car in to look at it and schedule an appointment for repair. When I arrived, he had a courtesy car ready for me, & paper work ready to sign! I expected my car to be repaired in a few weeks, but it was finished within 5 buisimess days. As far as I can see, they have done an amazing job! I have only driven it home, but the body work looks amazing! Iâd also like to add that the entire Kelsey team seems very nice and accommodating to the customers needs.
