I highly recommend Kempsville Body Shop, the work was performed within 1 week. The auto-generated emails keep you informed on the status of the repair process. This feature certainly takes the wondering on how it is going. Plus, Margie the shop manager called as well. It took about 2 weeks to get an estimate for the repair work, but it was a nice thorough repair write up and there was no high-pressure sales pitch. The repair work looks great. I would definitely go back if I ever need their services again.

As always, Kempsville Body Shop did an excellent job of the repair. Even after the repair, there were two glitches and they took the time late Friday evening to make sure everything was perfect.
