The service advisor I originally dealt with was rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. There was zero communication throughout the whole process. However, Kodi & Britany in the body shop were amazing!! I got regular updates and when I came to pick up the vehicle, Britany brought me the vehicle, showed me what had been fixed and gave me a card and asked me to call if I noticed any issues.

Duwayne went above and beyond to insure our vehicle could be repaired in a day. We only have one car and live 1 1/2 hour drive away. He made it happen
